If you are an occupational therapist, teacher, educator or allied health professional and are interested in the Groundwork Handwriting System (GHS), this is where you get started.

Registration, payment and cancellation

These terms cover GHS professional learning. Fees, invoicing and payment for clinical occupational therapy are set out on the Services page.

Your tax receipt

Payment is taken at checkout, so registration is complete in one step and there is nothing to settle afterwards. A tax receipt is automatically emailed separately from your booking confirmation, with the PDF attached. It carries the ABN and the GST, so it is the document to forward if your school or employer is reimbursing you.

Payment options

Registration is paid by card at checkout. If you are booking several staff members, or your school needs to pay against a purchase order, contact James before registering, and he will arrange it. Whole-school bookings are invoiced directly to the school.

Transfers and refunds

More than 14 days before: transfer to another cohort, send a colleague, or take a full refund.

14 to 5 days before: send a colleague. The place is held in a capped cohort, so transfers and refunds are closed.

Inside 5 days: the registration stands. Contact James if something serious has happened.

If we cancel or reschedule: transfer or full refund, whichever you prefer.
